My favorite shows when I was a kid were Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Silver Fang (Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin) and Transformers. But I did watch a lot of cartoons (thanks to Sky Channel and Filmnet) and here's a list I managed to make spending a few hours on youtube and couple on some retro websites.
